1. Who we are

SmartKitchen30 (smartkitchen30.com) is run by TC24HUB, info@smartkitchen30.com, the data controller for this website.

2. What data we collect

• Your email address, when you ask us for a shopping list or our weekly plan. With it we store the date and time you gave consent, the wording you agreed to and the weekly plan page you signed up from.
• Usage data, collected with Google Analytics 4: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We don’t ask for your name, payment details or any sensitive data. Everything on the website is free to use without signing up.

3. How we use your data

• To send you the shopping list PDF you asked for, and to tell you when it gets new features (for example a Sunday prep plan or lists for 2 or 4 people).
• Only if you tick the box or join from our email: to send you a new 30-minute weekly plan every week. These emails may include a short recommendation of a kitchen product, sometimes with an affiliate link (we may earn a small commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you); such links are always labelled.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

4. Email communications

We use double opt-in: after you enter your email we send you a confirmation link, and we only add you to our list once you click it. The weekly plan email is optional and separate: you choose it with its own box, and you can stop it at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all our emails straight away.

5. Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing us. Analytics data is processed as described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Who processes your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use these service providers, who act as data processors on our behalf:

• Hostinger International Ltd (Lithuania, EU) — website hosting, the server where our automation tool stores subscriber records, and the email service we use to send our emails.
• Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4. Some data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

The Tesco and Ocado links on our pages simply open a search on those retailers’ websites. We don’t share any of your data with them; their own privacy policies apply when you visit their sites.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake. You can ask us to delete your data completely at any time.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@smartkitchen30.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
